OPTIMIZATION OF DRUG TREATMENT OF ROOT CANALS OF TEETH DURING ENDODONTIC TREATMENT

The article describes various methods of drug treatment of root canals of teeth, depending on the type of endodontic pathology to be treated. The root canals of the teeth are grouped into 4 groups, depending on the degree of infection of the root canal and the condition of its walls. For each group of root canals, a special algorithm for conducting drug treatment is defined in order to optimize it. This approach to endodontic treatment greatly facilitates the work of a dentist and allows you to achieve a predictable result of treatment. The developed algorithms can become the basis for creating convenient and effective treatment protocols for patients with various forms of pulpitis and periodontitis.
