Abstract

Adherence to moral and ethical norms and rules is depending on the individual and affects the quality of sources of behavior. It means the paramount importance of moral education and the acquisition of ethical behavior. Educating the importance of morality and striving to adhere to ethical norms and rules is voluntary. The purpose of moral education involves the formation of moral culture in accordance with the requirements of society. The content of ethical education is to provide people with a certain amount of knowledge about ethics and norms of moral behavior. You can also teach people the content and skills of ethical behavior, to educate students in self-esteem satisfaction and joy of the right behavior in accordance with certain rules and regulations. Ethics education school of health workers could be created in various health care institutions, which can unite young doctors and nurses who would like to improve their ethics and behavior. The school could be part of the ongoing improvement of doctors and nurses. The theory and justification of moral education include information about human morality as part of human culture. However, the ultimate and main goal of moral educational exercises is to form moral behavior, its specific skills. The organization of the school is the duty of the chief physician of the medical institution and a specially selected doctor who has a broad outlook and authority among colleagues have to provide operational management of the educational process.
