MODEL OF ANALYSIS AND ESTIMATION OF CONSULTATIVE-DIAGNOSTIC CENTER WORK

Abstract

For an analysis and estimation of work of communal unprofitable enterprise consultative-diagnostic center by us ten criteria that were incorporated in three groups were selected: personnel, efficiency of the use of resources, availability of medical services for a population and use of medical technologies. On select criteria, we compared the indexes of establishment to the middle indexes on a city for four years. The got is given and the results of analysis certify a misbalance between present resources, medical personnel and results of activity of medical establishment. Quality of medical personnel is characterized the high level of professionalism of both doctors and medical sisters. At the same time volumes of grant of medical services to the population subzero. The worked out algorithm of analysis of data about activity of medical organization allows seeing and estimating, that takes place, what changes prevail, as dynamic processes behave for the different intervals of economic activity. An offer system allows to do an analysis and see the orientation of changes with the different degree of working out in detail, allows to understand reasons of problems and lag deeper. The got information becomes the important element of connection between performers and leaders, assists the timely acceptance of necessary decisions. The presented system of data ware of administrative process in medical organization allows in number to estimate effectiveness of activity of organization and him separate structural subdivisions, to extend horizons of vision and in good time to accept correcting events.
