POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION IN NEPHROLOGY AND PEDIATRIC NEPHROLOGY

The article considers the modern state of training and further postgraduate education of pediatric nephrologists and nephrologists in Ukraine. The author analyzes problems of training and postgraduate education over the 25 years of the department’s functioning with an emphasis on the COVID-19 pandemic and martial law, compares them with world approaches, and highlight discussion issues. Emphasis is placed on modern challenges of postgraduate education in pediatric nephrology and nephrology, needs in the relevant field are identified, and solutions and possible integration measures into world standards are outlined.
